3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information, requirements, and approvals.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of client portal credentials and account access.

4. Proposals, Contracts, and Payment

Fees, timelines, deliverables, and milestones follow the executed proposal or contract. Payment terms are governed by the relevant invoice schedule and written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership and transfer of source code, design files, and deliverables follow the project contract. Third-party libraries, tools, and assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Third-Party Services

Parts of the service may rely on third-party providers (for example hosting, APIs, or payment tools). NAJWorks is not responsible for outages or policy changes made solely by those providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NAJWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity.

8. Suspension and Termination

Either party may suspend or terminate engagement in accordance with the signed contract. Payment obligations for completed or in-progress work remain enforceable.
