01 . The Challenge
Zumar's old website was built on a legacy CMS — slow, difficult to scale, and lacking modern SEO capabilities. Their internal team also struggled to update content without developer help. We needed to design a new architecture that was fast, secure, and manageable by non-technical staff.
02 . The Solution
We implemented Nuxt 3 with SSR for optimal SEO, migrated content to a headless CMS, and built a custom admin dashboard for the Zumar team. Image optimization, edge caching, and code splitting were applied to ensure TTFB under 200ms.
